April 2021: Red Hawk Indianapolis Distribution Center Becomes Fully Operational

Red Hawk’s latest addition to its expanding distribution network is now fully integrated into its operations, the company announced. The 50,000 square foot Indianapolis, Indiana warehouse opened its doors last June to provide higher levels of service and shorter shipping times to customers in the Midwest and West. It is Red Hawk’s fourth regional distribution center.
 
“We do not recommend opening a new facility in the midst of a pandemic,” says Red Hawk owner Gillet Boyce, “but I could not be more proud of how efficiently our team worked to build this warehouse, staff it and bring it up to speed. In a short time, we have seen our package volume grow exponentially.” The Indianapolis location, which carries all 4,000 parts and accessories in the Red Hawk, RHOX and Admiral product portfolios, offers faster time in transit and same-day shipping to the customers it serves.
 
Red Hawk is a family owned and operated wholesale supplier of top-quality parts and accessories to golf car dealers. In addition to Indianapolis, the company has distribution centers in Jacksonville, Florida and Dallas, Texas, as well as its Baltimore, Maryland headquarters.


February 2021: Online Product Support Added to Red Hawk Customer Service Suite

To continue to deliver on Red Hawk’s Doing it Better mantra, the company has launched a web-based Product Support Request Form similar to its Online Return form. On April 1, the new form will be found in the Dealer Resources section of the Red Hawk website at GolfCart.com.  
 
Once submitted, the Product Support form will initiate a direct interaction with the Product Support team so that dealers can obtain quick answers to their installation and product questions. “The new page makes it easy for our dealers to upload all the relevant info relating to their support request, including the cart make and model and a description of the issue they are having,” said Gil Sadler, Product Technical Support Manager. “Even better, they can include supporting photos or video from their computer or cell phone to help expedite resolution.”
 
The Product Support team is available to respond to requests weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. Future plans include additional technical resources that will be beneficial to dealers during off hours, such as Frequently Asked Questions, tech bulletins and video demonstrations.
 
In this 20th Anniversary Year, the launch of Online Product Support signals Red Hawk’s continuing commitment to providing the best customer service in the industry.


 February 2021: Red Hawk Rolls Out Flat Rate Shipping

Beginning April 1, 2021, Red Hawk will convert to a simple and streamlined Flat Rate Shipping Program that takes the guesswork out of freight costs for dealers. This much-anticipated program helps customers predict shipping charges according to a tiered structure that factors in the type of item, its size and the order amount.

“We have been working on this for some time, talking to dealers across the country in order to arrive at a shipping scenario that’s fair for everyone and helps our customers by giving them a greater ability to anticipate and control freight costs,” said Vice President of Sales and Marketing Duffey Pitzer. The April 1 rollout date coincides with the release of Red Hawk’s 2021 catalog, in which each item will be tagged with its shipping tier for clarity.

2021 is also Red Hawk’s 20th Anniversary year. This shipping policy is the latest example of the company’s Doing it Better commitment.


September 2020: Red Hawk Accounting Department Adds Accounts Receivable Manager

Missy Petraska is the newest addition to Red Hawk’s administrative team in the role of Accounts Receivable Manager.

Missy brings abundant managerial and customer service skills from her 25 years in the staffing industry, where she enjoyed developing strong relationships with clients and helping them solve problems. In such a  corporate environment, her job was more specialized, and she is looking forward to the challenges of expanding her skill set at Red Hawk. “I will get to wear a few more hats here,” she said. “I’m a multi-tasker, so it’s exciting to take on new responsibilities.”
 
Missy also raves about her new company’s “approachable” and “comfortable” culture, noting her colleagues’ patience and kindness in helping her get up to speed. Red Hawk CFO Karen Parks is thrilled to have Missy on board: “Missy is a welcome addition to the team. She is extraordinarily capable, which is exactly what is needed to continue to build and expand our team.”  Outside the office, the mom of two teenagers enjoys taking walks with her 9-month old puppy, binge-watching Netflix and beating her husband at pool.


 August 2020: Red Hawk Taps Jeff Ferrando to Lead Indianapolis Facility

Jeff FerrandoBaltimore-based Red Hawk LLC fills a top position in its expanded regional warehouse operations with the addition of Jeff Ferrando as General Manager in Indianapolis. 

Jeff brings twenty years of logistics and supply chain experience to his new role. He has a strong record of developing warehouse strategies that contribute directly to employee and customer satisfaction.  Key stints at Capstone Logistics, where he oversaw third-party logistics for the supermarket giant Kroger, and at the TJX Companies prior to that, garnered Jeff hands-on experience in industrial warehouse operations, distribution, inventory control, training and safety management.
 
Colleagues point to Jeff’s enthusiasm, consistency and approachability as hallmarks of his leadership style. “I like to say that we’re not actually in the sales business; what we do all boils down to human interaction,” Jeff says, “When I learned that Red Hawk’s slogan was Good People. Great Parts. I instantly knew I’d found my home.”
 
No stranger to working in the context of satellite operations, Ferrando looks forward to establishing strong bonds between the Indy warehouse, two other regional locations and Red Hawk’s Maryland headquarters.


June 2020: Red Hawk’s Fourth Location Opens

In early June, Red Hawk LLC celebrated the first package shipped from their new distribution center in Indianapolis, Indiana.  The 50,000 square foot building, Red Hawk’s fourth location, augments Red Hawk’s distribution footprint allowing for greater customer service and the ability to reach more customers in one and two day shipping lanes.  Red Hawk’s first location in Baltimore, Maryland opened in 2001.  Their Jacksonville, Florida distribution center opened in 2016, and was followed by the addition of Dallas, Texas in 2018.
 
Duffey Pitzer, VP of Sales & Marketing, said, “We are excited to add to our value proposition to our customers by offering expanded one- and two-day shipping.” Red Hawk is a privately-owned company that supports the golf car dealer network; they pride themselves on being your supplier and not your competitor.


June 2020: Laura Maxwell Promoted to Lead Red Hawk Sales Team

Red Hawk LLC is proud to announce a key promotion within their Sales organization. Laura Maxwell has been elevated to the position of Sales Manager in the company’s Baltimore headquarters.
 
The University of Kentucky graduate spent her first 15 years in a corporate fleet management environment, where she gained critical experience from several angles of the business including sales, process improvement and business development. It was her consultative work with clients, however, that proved to be a key professional turning point, giving Laura the profound customer-centric perspective that translated so naturally to Red Hawk.
 
In less than three years on the Red Hawk team, Laura distinguished herself first as a sales analyst, then a sales coordinator where her natural ability to partner with people in goal-setting emerged as an obvious addition to her skill set. By all accounts, the transition to Sales Manager has been a seamless one. “I’m enjoying more direct customer interaction,” she said. “I love the end-to-end process where we don’t just improve our performance as a sales team, but we become true assets to our dealers as well. When our customers succeed, we do too.”
 
In addition to her customer service savvy, Laura has made herself indispensable as a problem-solver, Excel guru and keeper of the best snack drawer in the company.


April 2020: Expanded Offices at Red Hawk

Red Hawk announced the expansion of their office space at their Baltimore, Maryland headquarters, nearly doubling the number of desks in the office.  This expansion will allow for the hiring of sales, customer service, tech support and office staff who will support Red Hawk’s continued efforts to provide top quality and responsive support to golf car dealers.  This move coincides with the opening of a new 50,000 square foot distribution center in Indianapolis, Indiana later this summer.
 
Karen Parks, Red Hawk’s CFO, stated, “For the last several months, we were forced to separate our office staff in order to accommodate our growing family.  This expansion allows teams to come back to together and provides space for continued growth.”

 March 2020: Red Hawk Continues to Support Local Food Banks

Red Hawk has continued to serve their local communities outside of the workplace by donating money and volunteer hours to nonprofit hunger-relief organizations.
 
This year, Red Hawk and its employees donated $4030 for the Feeding America BackPack Program, an organization that helps provide food to children in need. Many children are provided free lunches through school programs but fail to receive the nutrition they need when returning home. Feeding America BackPack Program reaches over 450,000 children through more than 160 local food banks each week.
 
In addition to their donations, Red Hawk employees gathered to serve the Maryland Food Bank, Feeding Northeast Florida (FNEFL) and the North Texas Food Bank agencies by sorting donated perishable and non-perishable foods, preparing “backpack lunches” for children, and assembling personal care kits containing basic necessities and toiletries.
 
Red Hawk recognizes the importance of giving back to local communities and aims to continue its commitment to serve those in need. 


December 2019: Red Hawk Announces the Opening of a New Distribution Facility in Indianapolis, Indiana

Red Hawk is opening a new 50,000 square foot distribution center in Indianapolis, Indiana in order to improve customer service and decrease shipping times to the Midwest and West.

“This is another step in our efforts to provide the best customer service to our golf car dealer network.” says Duffey Pitzer, Red Hawk’s VP of Sales and Marketing. The Indy warehouse has been secured, staff has been hired, and inventory is being received. Orders will begin shipping from this facility in the late Spring/early Summer 2020. The new Distribution Center will carry all 3,000+ parts and accessories included in the Red Hawk, RHOX, and Admiral product lines.

December 2019: Red Hawk Leverages Their Employee’s Skillsets

Amanda Ibex, the Sales Operations Manager for the Maryland location has been promoted to the Product, Catalog and Sales Process Manager.

Amanda began with Red Hawk in 2010 and has been a key player in Red Hawk’s growth and development. Throughout her 10 years with the company, Amanda has garnered significant product knowledge, making this a natural transition. “Directing my focus toward our products, is not only exciting for me, but will also increase communication internally and to our dealers.” says Ibex.

As Red Hawk’s Product, Catalog and Sales Process Manager, Amanda will work in conjunction with the purchasing, product development and sales teams to continue to add value for the dealers. Amanda has been the Project Manager for the Red Hawk catalog for the last several years; she will continue with this role.


October 2019: Red Hawk Expands Facilities to Support Customer Care

Red Hawk announced a 4000 square foot expansion of their Baltimore, Maryland office space that will be completed this fall. The office buildout is part of an effort to support the hands-on customer service that Dealers have come to expect from Red Hawk.

The new space will provide the sales, administration and customer service teams with an area for employees to train, allow for seating arrangements that facilitate team work and provide Red Hawk the ability to hire more staff when the need arises. Other endeavors to support Red Hawk’s service level include the addition of several new team members, investment in internal communication software and the upgrade of the existing warehouse management system.

 


August 2019: Don Mauldin Promoted to Director of Warehouse Operations

After re-joining the Red Hawk Team in October 2018 as General Manager of the Maryland facility, Don Mauldin is continuing his journey with Red Hawk as the new Director of Warehouse Operations.

Over the last year, Don has demonstrated the tremendous growth and experience he acquired while working in operations management and logistics for 10+ years at Under Armour. Don will be leading the fulfillment teams at all facilities with a focus on creating consistency across the network.

June 2019: Red Hawk Rolls Forward with New Tire Offering

Red Hawk continues to respond to their dealers’ requests with the recent release of RHOX Grappler tires.

Red Hawk engineered a tire that can handle a multitude of off-road terrains while still delivering a smooth comfortable ride. The deep lugged tread pattern and bold sidewall design has been an instant hit with dealers. The Grappler is available in 10”, 12”, and 14” with new sizes in development for release in late 2019.


April 2019: Red Hawk Announces Online RMA Request System

The Red Hawk team continues to make improvements to their customer online website by adding an online Return (RMA) Request form.

Customers can access an easy to use form on the Returns page which allows them to choose the item, invoice, and reason for the return as well as upload photos and provide additional notes. This new feature on the Red Hawk website expands on options customers have such as; placing orders, checking order status, getting tracking information, and viewing and printing of all invoices, credits, returns and the overall customer account summary.  The website is also a great resource for product information, including inventory on hand, instructions, pictures and videos.

Red Hawk hopes to continue to add upgrades as new options become available. 


February 2019: Red Hawk Continues to Support Local Food Banks

In January, Red Hawk Florida employees gathered to serve the Feeding Northeast Florida (FNEFL) helping to pack over 4000 meals. In Texas, employees packed over 3000 meals for the North Texas Food Bank. And in Maryland, Red Hawk’s largest team not only focused on packing meals for the underserved communities, but worked with the Maryland Food Bank to develop emergency packages for furloughed workers impacted by the government shutdown that are at risk of hunger.

Red Hawk and its employees are also having a fundraising drive that will end in mid-February. 2019’s goal is to beat the 2018 donation of $3200 for the Feeding America BackPack Program, an organization that helps provide food to children in need. December 2018: Red Hawk Welcomes Back a Valued Employee

Don MauldinRed Hawk is excited to announce the re-hire of Don Mauldin as the General Manager for their primary distribution facility in Baltimore, MD. Don was Red Hawk’s Warehouse Manager from 2004 to 2006. With a degree in Sports Management, Don took the opportunity to work for Under Armor in Sales when the chance presented itself. In 2008, he was promoted to the Special Inventory Manager, a position he held for 6 years before stepping up as the Returns & Rework Manager.

Much has changed for both Red Hawk and Don over the last 12 years and both have experienced tremendous growth and learning.

Don’s laid back style and thoughtful manner are perfect for the Baltimore facility. Red Hawk’s CFO, Karen Parks, stated “We are thrilled to have Don back. Not only is he a great fit for our culture, but he brings with him significant knowledge of a company that has faced rapid change.”

Don will work in partnership with the Florida and Texas facilities, and hand in hand with the Sales and Returns groups.

Red Hawk’s Product Manager, Gil Sadler announced the addition of Chris Neddo to the Product Support Team.

As veteran Red Hawk employees, Gil Sadler and Debbie Eakin are excited to have Chris on board to round out the group. Working together to provide solutions for Red Hawk dealers, each member also brings their own unique blend of skills and experiences.

Gil focuses on product development and quality control but also provides support with Motor/Controller applications. Deb specializes in providing top notch drawings, diagrams, and product instructions. And Chris is the ‘go to’ for electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Whether it’s an installation tip, a product question or product recommendation the team’s goal is to find the best solution for their customer.

April 2018: Red Hawk Announces Dallas General Manager

Larie Clifton Red Hawk proudly welcomed Larie Clifton as the General Manager for the new Dallas, TX distribution facility. Larie brings 12 years of third party logistics experience in the temperature-controlled food industry. Her skills in process development and improvement, safety and OSHA compliance, customer service, and employee development and training will be a strong addition to the Red Hawk team. When asked about her decision to join the company, Clifton stated, “One of the many things that drew me to Red Hawk is the customer centric focus the company has had throughout its history. I am excited to be part of such a great organization and leading our team in Dallas.”

Larie’s background lends a unique understanding of warehouse/distribution challenges which will help foster Red Hawk’s expanding footprint. She will work with the Operations and Sales teams in Maryland and Florida to ensure the prompt and accurate shipments of goods from Texas to our customers and to decrease delivery times to southwest, midwest, and the west coast.

February 2018: Red Hawk Continues to Promote from Within

Shane Lew has been promoted to General Manager of the Jacksonville, Florida facility. Shane joined the Red Hawk team in the spring of 2016 during the initial roll out of the Florida location and Red Hawk’s expanded effort to provide faster delivery times.

Shane has an innate enthusiasm and pride in his work and employees that drives his team to provide excellent service to our customers. He will continue to work with the Operations and Sales teams in Maryland to ensure the prompt and accurate shipments of goods from Jacksonville to customers all over the South and Southeast.

 


February 2018: Red Hawk Announces the Opening of a New Facility in Dallas, Texas

Red Hawk is opening a new 30,000 square foot distribution center in Dallas, Texas in order to increase customer service and decrease shipping times to the Southwest and West.

"We are continuing to invest in the future by adding another center to increase our distribution footprint" says Duffey Pitzer, Red Hawk's Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  The Texas warehouse has been secured, staff has been hired, and inventory is being received.  Orders will begin shipping from this facility in the Summer of 2018.  The new distribution center will carry all 3,000+ parts and accessories included in the Red Hawk and RHOX product lines.

The new Dallas warehouse is Red Hawk's third location and represents the continued efforts to provide the best customer service in the industry.  Red Hawk is a wholesale supplier of top quality parts and accessories to dealers.


December 2017: Red Hawk Supports Local Community

Red Hawk continues to serve the local communities through volunteerism and charitable donations. In the past several months, Red Hawk employees have given their time, collected food and donated Christmas presents.

In September of 2017, Red Hawk partnered with St. Vincent de Paul’s Beans & Bread Center, a homeless day resource center. Since its opening in 1977, Beans & Bread has been serving meals “restaurant style” where guests are seated and served by volunteers. A group of volunteers from Red Hawk stepped up to serve the guests of the Beans & Bread Center and will continue to support Beans & Bread on a quarterly basis.

Red Hawk employees also collected nearly 200 lbs. of canned and dry goods for the Maryland Food Bank during their Holiday Food Drive in November. The Maryland Food Bank collects and distributes food to individuals and families in need – providing over 41 million meals each year. In January, Red Hawk will sponsor an annual volunteer event at the Food Bank where employees sort, prepare and pack food to be distributed to the needy.

Additionally, Red Hawk continues its support of the Salvation Army Angel Tree Program when they adopted eighteen Angels this Holiday Season. Employees selected and purchased gifts to be donated to the “Angel” children including clothing, shoes, coats, books, and toys. The Angel Tree program provides gifts to children in local communities across the country in the hopes of making their Christmas brighter.


October 2017: Red Hawk Hosts Open House in Baltimore

As Duffey Pitzer, Red Hawk’s VP of Sales & Marketing, said, “We have a great team of people here, all with the same goal of providing the industry’s best in customer service.” And did it ever show. On Saturday October, 21st Red Hawk celebrated its customers during a Baltimore Open House similar to last Fall’s Grand Opening event at their new Jacksonville, FL warehouse.

Customers and their families toured the facility and enjoyed a great afternoon with the Red Hawk staff, including personnel from sales, customer service and operations. Nearly 200 people experienced the Red Hawk culture firsthand, and had the opportunity to ask product and technical questions, mingle with the RHOX Garage team, play games, and if lucky win some great prizes.

August 2017: Red Hawk Strengthens Administrative Team

Red Hawk’s promise to deliver “Good People, Great Parts” continues, with the announcement of internal staff improvements to our existing team of committed professionals. The most recent change is in keeping with our ultimate commitment to provide the industry's finest service and support to insure satisfaction to our valued dealer partners.

Jen Wollschlager has been promoted to Customer Service Manager. As a standout member of the customer service team for the past five years, Jen has consistently delivered impressive professionalism, conscientious attention to detail and a cooperative demeanor with each of her contacts. Jen will take on full responsibility for the Customer Service group.

Jen will work in conjunction with the dedicated efforts of the sales team, building and contributing to our valued dealer partnerships going forward.

June 2017: Red Hawk Hires Outbound Operations Manager

Red Hawk is excited to welcome Neil Zarsona as the Outbound Operations Manager at the Maryland facility. Recognized for his keen attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond for the customer, Neil is an excellent addition to the Red Hawk team. Neil's focus will be on the pick, pack, and ship operations, with an added concentration on order accuracy and timeliness.

April 2017: Tim DeWitt Joins Red Hawk Sales Team


Tim DeWittRed Hawk proudly welcomed Tim DeWitt to their Outside Sales team in April of 2017.  Tim’s solid industry expertise and relationship-building talents will be a strong addition to Red Hawk’s expanding West Coast presence.  When asked about his plans for complementing the customer-centric culture of the Red Hawk team, DeWitt states, “I’ve been in the business for over 25 years (and) worked for some of the biggest suppliers in the industry.  I understand the difficulties faced by dealers, including the need for quality parts, service/repair and accessories at decent prices.  I love that Red Hawk is focused on helping the dealers succeed, not on pushing product; it’s refreshing and not common in this industry.  It is great to be part of the Red Hawk team.”

Lending to his unique understanding of dealer challenges and goals, Tim comes to Red Hawk with a decade of experience as the owner/operator of Apache Golf Car Company, a full-service Club Car and Columbia Par Car dealership in Mesa, AZ.  Tim enjoyed hands-on involvement in all technical aspects of the custom, owner-specific builds in which Apache Golf Cars specialized, as well as performed research and development for motor and controller manufacturers.  After selling the thriving dealership, Tim got deeper into product R&D and testing, working with several large manufacturers and distributors.

Red Hawk is excited to add Tim’s expertise to their growing team of responsive Outside Sales Representatives.


March 2017: Red Hawk Helps Fight Hunger 

Maryland Food BankRed Hawk values good people, great parts and giving back to the community. In March 2017, Red Hawk volunteered at two nonprofit hunger-relief organizations, Maryland Food Bank and Feeding Northeast Florida (FNEFL). Both act as central hubs that connect and distribute food across their state to smaller hunger-relief agencies like shelters, food pantries, faith-based organizations and schools.

The Red Hawk team donated more than 300 hours over 4 separate days of service at the food banks. The employees prepared food, sorted donated non-perishable and perishable food, made “backpack lunches” for school-aged children and created personal care item kits.

Red Hawk intends to develop their partnerships with the food banks and local food pantries by committing to quarterly volunteer events and working to secure food for their local communities.


February 2017: Red Hawk Introductes the Industry's Only Steel Belted Radial Tire

Red Hawk is proud to bring to the market the new RHOX Road Hawk 205/65R10 Steel Belted Radial Tire.  This tire will revolutionize the industry; finally giving golf car owners the exceptional ride quality they deserve.  The RHOX steel belted radial offers superior ride comfort, better wear resistance and decreased rolling friction leading to long run time.  Red Hawk prioritized the need for this street design tire to meet golf course approval.  2017 will bring the expanded development of the steel belted radial line in a 205/55R10 size.


January 2017: Employee Promotions Announced

Duffey Pitzer promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Duffey is a 25-year veteran in the golf car industry. He joined Red Hawk in 2007 after owning and operating a golf car dealership for 15 years. Duffey’s focus is to provide industry leading customer service. He will lead the inside & outside sales teams, the marketing team and collaborate with the product development team for Red Hawk.

Rhonda Cadorette promoted to Director of Purchasing & Technology. Rhonda joined Red Hawk in 2004, working in many roles through the years and gaining industry, system and process knowledge. Rhonda will lead the purchasing and technology departments continuing to develop Red Hawk’s internal and external systems and improve processes.

Charlie Neuman promoted to Outside Sales Manager. Charlie joined Red Hawk in 2014 with over 20-years in the golf car industry. He has experience running his own golf cart dealership as well as long tenure with E-Z-Go. Charlie will lead the Outside Sales Team while continuing to focus on new business development and growing the Red Hawk value proposition throughout the marketplace.

Amanda Ibex promoted to Sales Operations Manager.  Amanda joined the Red Hawk team in 2010 with a background in sales, marketing and customer service. She will continue to work closely with the sales and marketing team in a leadership position to ensure customer satisfaction.


December 2016 : Red Hawk Elf Night Volunteers

Elf Night 2016
For the third year in a row, Red Hawk adopted several Salvation Army Angels, children in need of basic goods at Christmas.

Employees collect clothing, shoes, coats and toys for Angels as well as having an additional shoe and coat drive. After collection, volunteers participate in the Salvation Army Elf Night, where they provide hands, energy and people to organize and allocate all of the donated items received from the community to each Angel.

Red Hawk believes in giving back to the community and their employees are happy to help provide families with the items they want and need during the holiday season.

 


 November 2016 : Greg Bradley Joins Red Hawk Sales Team


Greg BradleyRed Hawk LLC introduced Greg Bradley to the Red Hawk sales team in April of 2016. Greg’s focus is to uphold and cultivate relationships between Red Hawk and dealers as the company grows throughout the marketplace. Bradley’s experience includes several years working in outside sales and marketing roles for companies such as Harley Davidson, E-Z-Go, Bombardier and Yamaha Motorsports.

“I am excited and fortunate to have the opportunity to join the Red Hawk team. This is a company that displays absolute passion for the industry we serve and the individual dealer/distributor who partners with us,” Bradley said.

“Working in the recreational and utility product business for almost 29 years, I helped many dealers work through significant fluctuations in their operations and in sales. I hope to share my experiences with Red Hawk dealers and help each of them achieve continued growth for the next several years.”

 September 2016 : Red Hawk Announces the Opening of a New Facility in Jacksonville


Jacksonville, FLRed Hawk is opening a new 35,000 square foot distribution center in Jacksonville, Florida in order to increase customer service and decrease shipping times to the Southeast.

“We are investing in the future by expanding our distribution footprint. Our warehouse has been secured, staff has been hired, and inventory is being received.” says Duffey Pitzer, Red Hawk Sales Manager. Orders will begin shipping from this facility in the Fall 2016. The new Distribution Center will carry all 3,000+ parts and accessories included in the Red Hawk and RHOX product lines.

The new Florida distribution center is a big step in Red Hawk’s continued efforts to provide the best customer service in the industry. Red Hawk is a family owned and operated wholesale supplier of top quality parts and accessories to dealers.

 


 July 2016 : Baltimore Benefits from Red Hawk Volunteerism



VolunteersIn 2014, Red Hawk began a partnership with Business Volunteers Maryland to expand their reach in the community. Business Volunteers is a nonprofit that makes strategic connections between businesses and nonprofits in Central Maryland.

Through this partnership, Red Hawk has participated in several community service projects. During the holiday season the company sponsors several families in need and organizes a coat and shoe drive in conjunction with The Salvation Army of Central Maryland. In addition, Red Hawk has partnered with Blue Water Baltimore for the last two years in an ongoing effort to restore the quality of Baltimore’s rivers, streams and harbor to foster a healthy environment, a strong economy, and thriving communities. Over three separate days of service in April, Red Hawk employees planted 33 trees and removed 4,430 pounds of trash from Baltimore streets and waterfront resulting in $4,634 of volunteer time being infused into the community.

 


 September 2014 : Charlie Neuman Joins Red Hawk Sales Team


Charlie NeumanRed Hawk LLC announced that Charlie Neuman has joined the Red Hawk sales team and will focus on new business development and growing the Red Hawk value proposition throughout the marketplace. Neuman, a 20-year veteran of the golf car industry, has experience running his own golf cart dealership as well as long tenure for E-Z-Go.

Charlie joins Red Hawk’s sales team with a focus on field sales. “It is our goal to have a Red Hawk representative visit with golf cart dealers to identify areas where Red Hawk can provide value and to further increase our commitment to customer service. I have known and worked with Charlie for over a decade. Charlie provides a level of commitment and industry experience that makes him a perfect fit for this position with Red Hawk. We could not be more excited to have him join the team,” said Gillet Boyce from Red Hawk.

“I am thrilled to join the Red Hawk team and work with a first-class group who is passionate about the customers they serve and the business they support,” Neuman said.

After a fast-paced early career with Black & Decker, Neuman joined E-Z-Go in 1994 and served in numerous roles ranging from a fleet sales representative to Six Sigma black belt to regional branch manager. After a successful 16 years with E-Z-Go, he resigned to start his own golf car dealership, Triangle Golf Cars in Raleigh, NC, which he ran full-time until last year when he joined Sunbelt Outdoor Products, a division of Deere & Company. At Sunbelt, Neuman has successfully stabilized the marketing of a full line of ag, turf and industrial aftermarket parts to a global, two-step distributor group while uncovering new growth opportunities.
